What is it?
Based on over 30 years working in design and the visual arts, my coaching practice focuses specifically on your creative work and ambitions. And, while I have specialized skills in visual creativity, I can help all types of creators solve wide-ranging problems by accessing their unique talents. Creativity coaches around the world have helped thousands of artists, writers, inventors, entrepreneurs, and other creative souls to accomplish their dreams in new and creative ways. People seek my help for self-improvement in areas such as: career coaching, creative thinking, self-esteem, public speaking and leadership abilities–to name just a few. Any individual that can benefit from outside-of-the-box thinking to achieve their goals should consider working with me as a creativity coach.
I use a range of techniques to support my clients:
Goal-setting: formulating achievable goals, such as finishing an artistic project (short-term) or designing a sustainable, creative career path (long-term)
Assessments: understanding your strengths, interests, desires, and values, all of which can inform your development journey
Facilitating progress: challenging any limiting beliefs and asking you the right questions that facilitate better, more sustainable solutions
Next-level learning: tools, frameworks and resources that help you nurture important skills, master effective habits and develop psychological flexibility and intuition
All of my sessions are conducted via teleconference and phone, making my services accessible worldwide.

Coaching Plans and Pricing
Our initial 30 minute coaching interest chat is free. Regardless of your specific situation, the most important thing is that we have the right chemistry to creatively collaborate on your goals. If we agree we’re a good team, I offer different coaching plans to suit different needs:

Six (6) months of private 1:1 coaching sessions with Steve
This program will develop your craft, mindset and other necessary skills to build a professional career in the visual arts and/or design. And harmonize your work with your life to build greater meaning and purpose. The process involves skill reviews, portfolio reviews, personal branding development, development of areas of focus, speaking persona development, marketing message and career planning and strategy. Every passionate artist needs a development plan. Without it, months and years will pass without accomplishing what you need to create the career you want. Is it something you can achieve on your own? Yes. Could you shave years off your climb working with me? Yes.
This program will identify where you are in your life, career and mindset. And what your next few years should be focused on as well as outline your next steps. All sessions are held on teleconference and recorded for replay.
Includes:
• Two (2) 60-minute coaching sessions per month (via video conference or phone)
• Two (2) bonus 60-minute coaching sessions to use whenever you wish
• Unlimited text and email support between sessions
Price: $650 a month, with a 10% discount if paid up front.

Three (3) months of private 1:1 coaching sessions with Steve
This program will develop your creativity, mindset and other necessary skills to accomplish a wide range of goals. And harmonize your work with your life to build greater meaning and purpose. The process involves skill reviews, development of areas of focus and personal brand development. Anyone passionate about increasing their creativity needs a development plan. This program will outline what you should be focused on as well as outline your next steps. All sessions are held on teleconference and recorded for replay.
Includes:
• Two (2) 60-minute coaching sessions per month (via video conference or phone)
• Unlimited text and email support between sessions
Price: $650 a month, with a 10% discount if paid up front.

60-minute 1:1 session with Steve
Facing a high-pressure, high-stakes creative project? Want to get creative tools and processes from someone who’s been doing it effectively for 30 years? Discover the key elements you may be missing and get the guidance you need to instantly elevate your creative process and improve your chances of success. Participants are asked to fill out a questionnaire to be reviewed by Steve prior to the session. This session is held on teleconference and recorded for replay. Following your session, you will receive a customized Creative Process pdf and a recording of your meeting.
Price: $200

Every passionate artist needs a career strategy. Without it, years will pass without accomplishing what you need to create the career you want. Whether you’re just starting out or a creator with many years of experience, this session will identify where you are in your creative career and what your next few years should be focused on as well as outline your next steps. Participants fill out a questionnaire to be reviewed by Steve prior to the session. All sessions are held on teleconference and recorded for replay. Following your session, you will receive a customized Career Strategy pdf and a recording of your meeting.

Is your team facing a high-stakes creative project? Need a catalyst who’s been motivating creative teams for 30 years?
